Membership in the Korean Association for Feminist Studies in English Literature is as follows.

| Full membership | ₩30,000 | Individuals who have obtained a master's degree or higher in English literature |
| Associate membership | ₩10,000 | Individuals who are currently enrolled in a master's program in English literature or engaged in research in other fields may become associate members upon approval by the Executive Committee. |
| Patron membership | free | Donors officially recognized by FSEL |
| Lifetime membership | ₩400,000 | Full members who have paid their life membership dues |
